In the final four yesterday OKC Storm lost to HCYA 31-22 while Elkhart lost to SATCH 42-37 in 2OT

s miss no idea on clock so I will just do scores and comments from here on in

first few possessions mostly defensive with hawks spreading out on the perimeter storm drivng but missing shots.  storm have quick hands active zone but on offense not getting good looks seem to be forcing shots.  hawks control boards storm getting just one shot.

storm hits first bucket with three.  storm called for at lest three fouls so far.  they steal and get putback for two lead 5-0.  firs quarter buzzer just went off.  

first quarter story is storm defense limiting possesions of hawks to no score

first possesion hawks get 2.  another steal by the storm - quick hands and hustle.  storm cant hit broad side of a barn even from stripe or would be way ahead finally hit free throw for 6-2 lead.

storm offense makes another turnover - getting chances not cnverting - good pressure from hawks.  hawks hit for ? typing  storm miss two more shots.  then hit one no scoreboard will check at the half,

my guess is 8-5 or 8-6

fast action neither team hittting at all.  giving good efffort

storm for 3 11-6 then storm foul - strom moving well on offewnse hawsks missing from perimeter having difficulty  getting ball down in the paint which is limiting their offense - second quarter horn went off.  actual score is 11-6.

hawks will have hard time pullingthis out if they do not get the ball  low as they usually do.  strom needs to keep doing what they are doing and start dropping shots.

both teams living on their defense and rebonding at the moment.

hawks limited to perimeter shoopting and cant get the job done.

Hawks seem out of sync after yesterdays loss - strom playing very consistently

obvious issues with calls for some time - heats up after injury.

have to take it out with play- hawks frustrated for sure -

storm misses - they are working ball well getting good looks just cant make the shots - should be leading by 15-20 the way the have played so far-they have played that well.  but hawks going to line for free throws - make first and second 25-19

storm coach obviously unhappy and for good reason.  hawks miss 2 shots foul storm who will go to the line for 1-1 miss first

i am sure clock is about to run out, subs both ways.  

Storm definitely played the better game from start to finish, in spite of missing so many shots -it's a good day when you can come away with win -certianly a well deserved win for the storm who played excellent defense the entire game. GOOD GAME STORM.

Hawks are dejected as you would expect however - compliments to Hawks coaches and players for a great run.  4th in the top boys division at the national tournament will someday be a great memory.  YOU GOT GAME and I think I will be seeing it up close and personal for several years to come.  As a Hoosier (never thought a Ketucky guy would say that, but after 30 + years, facts are facts) I am proud of your efforts you represented Indiana well.  Enjoy the experience!!
