Team USAs are made up of players from around the country that are able to come to Nationals but their team is not. Each year we have 15-20 Team USA’s. Team USA is for all age groups. If you are coming to National’s with friends or teammates and would like to play together just make a note on your form.

Each player on a Team USA must pay two fees:

The Player Registration Fee -- $30, this fee is paid by all players and includes a Nationals t-shirt and a Nationals Program

The Team Fee --  $60, the team fee covers the cost of the games and awards.  The fee is $60 however, if a player played Team USA last year and still has their Jersey their is a $10 discount.

Please make sure that you will be attending nationals before completing this form. We are unable to grant refunds on Team USA fee's.
